Cancellation Policy

At KZ Clothing, most of our outfits are bridal, formal, custom, or made-to-order pieces. Each order is prepared with special attention to design, fabric, measurements, embroidery, and finishing details.

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible because the dress preparation process starts, including fabric sourcing, cutting, embroidery, stitching, and production planning. Once the order has moved into production, it becomes difficult to cancel as work has already begun specifically for the customer’s selected outfit.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order with their order details.

KZ Clothing reserves the right to review each cancellation request based on the order status and production stage.
