At KZ Clothing, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been confirmed and the preparation, stitching, embroidery, or production process has started, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Cancellation Terms:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• No cancellation fee applies within the first 24 hours.
• Once the outfit enters the production or customization stage, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Customized, stitched, or made-to-order items are non-cancellable after production begins.
