At KZ Clothing, most of our outfits are bridal, formal, custom, or made-to-order pieces. Each order is prepared specially according to the customer’s selected design, fabric, measurements, embroidery, and finishing details.

Customers may request a refund or return within 24 hours of order confirmation.

After 24 hours, the order usually moves into production, where fabric sourcing, cutting, embroidery, stitching, and other preparation work may begin. For this reason, a full refund or return may not be possible once production has started.

However, if a customer strongly requests a refund after production has already begun, KZ Clothing will review the order status. Any amount already spent on the dress, including fabric, embroidery, stitching, labor, and production costs, may be deducted from the paid amount. The remaining balance may be refunded to the customer only with mutual understanding and customer consent.

If any part of the dress has already been prepared, KZ Clothing may also return the partially prepared item or material along with the remaining refundable amount, depending on the production stage and agreement with the customer.

Please note that all refund and return requests are subject to review based on the order status, production stage, and costs already incurred.
